Thees eez the whorst title we've Aver had

After hours of driving, we turn him loose in Kmart for a little bit of freedom.  Here is how he chose to spend it.
Enjoying some rain/hail in Salt Lake
"Oh Mommy.......where are you?"

Seventy degree weather in December, leaves falling in January, and snow in April.
This boy is never going to understand seasons.

Once there was a snowman....

Carter isn't used to this "cold" business.  He had to steal Grammy's jacket.

Carter: "Well we found the milk.  I don't know where the cookies are, but Mom says there are pies outside."

Superman to the rescue!
Thanks "Grandma Baby!"
Best cousins

Sick and tired.

Made it back home just in time to help Daddy open his birthday presents!

Playing Rummikub with Grammy.
Carter was very good at finding the matching numbers.

Watch out ladies!  I won't be back from my mission for 18 more years.
(P.S. thanks for the new duds Grammy!)

Easter morning.
"The Easter bunny thought he was so clever, but candy can't hide from me!"
Easter afternoon.
Candy coma

Easter night.....mares.
(Carter had fun with this game at first, until Daddy turned Carter's shadow into a giant!)

Being contagious doesn't stop this boy.  He found his own playground.

Little Carter

Hello, my name is Little Critter Carter.  I  have grown a lot and learned many things in my short life.

I can ride a bike, although I can't reach the pedals yet.

I've learned to climb really high.  I've also learned my parents don't like it.

Innocent faces can get you out of anything.
Observe.

I'm really good at cleaning my room.

I don't like going to bed, but at least I have a friend to keep me company.
(FYI: Carter calls these his bunny pajamas)

Sledding is AWESOME!

I'm secretly a superhero.

I can brush my teeth all by myself.

Yep, I've learned and grown a lot in the past few years.  I can't wait for what life has in store for me.

Just me and my dad
Just me and my mom.

Just me and my.....LITTLE SISTER!

I guess I'm gonna have to learn to share my baby swing.  :(

P.S. A special thanks to Mercer Mayer for the illustrations provided in this post.
