May and June

A pretty girl and flowers

This one is pretty...sweaty

Carter embroidered a towel for Mother's Day.

These boys were excited to wash the car for Mom while she relaxed inside.

Good work boys.

Funny boy.

Spencer is the best swing pusher!
Whoooaa!

He's pretty good at shoulder rides too.

A tiny tea party.

May I have some more?
Why of course!

Caught these boys...... eating leaves?

Boo!

Out for a family dinner.
Notice how Caleb eats his dinner.

Time for Dad to do another home depot run.
Time for a home depot ride for the kids.

Carter's latest robot project.

Waiting for Jayden to get out of school.
Don't fall!

Ready to ride home!

Faster Jayden!

Jayden working hard in the classroom.

Jayden has had too much fun in school this year.

Glow painting.

Jayden worked hard on her project about African Wild Dogs.

She did a great job.
Look at that cute little clay doggy lying by a tree.

Jayden with her 2nd grade creations.

After a long drive with kids, it's time to set them free.

Camping!
We got our tent up just in time to hide from the rain.

Dinner time!

Bryce Canyon.

Whoa!

A typical family picture.
Get over here Caleb!  Fine, just take the picture.

Hello up there!

Hello down there!

Found you!

Hiking with a skip in your step.

Watch out for falling trees.

Jayden at the bottom of the big hill.

Jayden at the top of the big hill.

You made it!

Now it's time to look for somewhere to sit down.

Craig found some snow to throw Carter into. That's what he gets for throwing snowballs at Dad.

Hide!  Before he throws us in too!

Just some boys and their toy trucks.

Waiting for the dads to finish their race.

After this picture, we found a sign on the back that said not to climb on this.

Our friend finishing the race.
Run Forest!

Here comes Daddy!
Come on Dad!  You can do it!

19 miles!

We are so proud of you, Dad!

Good job boys!

Carter at young mens.

Playing with stickers.

We found this at the house and thought we should get a picture of it with Carter.
Craig got this shirt has a baby because he was delivered by a Dr. Carter.

Swing!

Field trip time!
Some cute turtles!

This snake slithered a lap around his home for us.

Trying some glasses on at the glasses store just for fun.

Dinosaur time at Ashton Gardens.
Jayden's sister is all grown up!

These boys love being silly together.

And these kids love their Grammy.

Learning some life lessons from George Washington.

Ferris wheel time!
Caleb was NOT interested in joining, so he and
mommy rode up and down the escalator about 15 times.

Everyone say "Moose!"

Hanging out with Grumpy.

Ready to play Everdell--full expansion version.
This game took like 6 hours to finish.
Mom won XD

Hey batter batter

Hey batter batter

Swing!

"Smile for a picture Caleb."

Wiggle car train

This is what hot tubbing with Uncle Spencer looks like.

Home made donuts!

Pony ride time!

Tractors are for when the ponies get tired.

What a cute little lamb.

Ha Ha Carter!

We were concerned this goat's head was stuck.
He figured it out.

We watched this peacock untiringly chase a peahen around and around their pen.
"Give me a chance"
"No thank you"

When you get overwhelmed with the amount of kids at the Curiosity Museum,
just build yourself a little "me" space.

He always has to climb up and fly the airplane.

Changing a tire for the last time.
(this auto shop exhibit is being replaced with something else soon.)

Time to get the basketball hoop out of the lawn.

Sprinklers fixed, dirt and meters leveled, and new sod laid.

New lawn is so nice!

This picture shows our leaky sprinklers in the back.  These perma-puddles have been an oasis for the neighborhood birds. They bathe and drink all day long, and then snack on our free buffet of garden vegetables.
(We finally had to put netting on all our garden boxes to give our plants a chance to survive)

I'm ready for church Mom!

It's important to share your Elsa costume with friends.

Time to paint our laundry closet.  Goodbye old yellowy beige.

Hello new blue and white.
(we forgot to get a good picture after we painted,
so here is one with all the stuff loaded in)

More swimming with the young men

Teaching Caleb to ride the hoverboard feels a lot like teaching him to walk.

Come to sister......
You did it!

You're such a big boy!

I'm not sure I approved this substitution.

Corn hole with the Relief Society

Carter did a music camp where he got to try several musical instruments.

For the last day "informance", he chose to showcase a song on the clarinet.

A pesky momma hummingbird nested on our carport light.
We had to park off to the side to keep our car clean of droppings.

But it was fun to watch her feed her babies.

And to watch her babies grow up and eventually fly away.

Some good med school friends came by for a visit and an ATV adventure.
Caleb cheering every time Craig took someone on a ride:  "Go Dad! You are winning!"

The Daddies took all the kids swimming. Sorry for the blinding white.

Here are the Dads telling the kids it's time to be done swimming.

Here are the kids rebelling.

Taking his new buddy for a ride on his truck.

Carter's old buddy taking him for a ride on his scooter.

Visiting another set of friends at their house.  The kids loved playing volleyball with them.

Time for an adventure in the forest behind Grammy's house.
The big kids took good care of their little brother.

Found a cool snake.

Bringing it home to share with everybody.

Mom just had to stop and take a picture when she saw Caleb eating lunch.

Three beds in this room.  They decided one was plenty.

We took Caleb to an Upstart preschool activity.
Caleb will be doing this preschool program this coming year.
He LOVES this shirt they gave him.

Didn't want to cooperate for a picture which was shocking to everybody.

Spinning for a prize.

Looking cool in his new sunglasses.

Cotton Candy!

It's so fluffy!!

Two Upstart graduates and a future graduate.

Meeting Rusty and Rosie.

Photo shoot.

Cheese!

Both focused intently on making their crowns.

Beautiful girl.

Cute boy.
"Please no pictures."

Discovered a new species of dinosaur.

Just looking too cool.
Notice the 4 year old version of 5 o'clock shadow.

We didn't want to wait in the face painting line at the event.
So we came home and did it ourselves.

A tiger princess and a skeleton.

Let's go scare Grams!

This boy loves his daddy.

Watching the deer having an evening snack.

Tug of war with Daddy.
Daddy won.

We've got a picture of Craig at the same age also sitting in a garbage can.
Like father, like son.

This boy is such a great big brother.
He is so patient.
Here he is scratching his little sister's back and
letting his little brother pull on his arm.

Got stuck in traffic for about 45 minutes because
a semi spilled boxes and boxes of French fries all over the freeway. They ended up using a snowplow to clear the traffic.

We've been working on cleaning up the back workroom. Don't worry, it's full again.

Our good friends from med school have been living in Japan for the past 4 years.
They are finally moving back to the states, but they sent us a box of candy and toys from Japan before they left.

We got to see a string of Starlink satellites go across the sky after their recent launch.
It was so cool to see!

So the next night we woke the kids up to see it too!
Notice who is not cooperating. ;)

These crazy kids thought it was cool to stack an extra mattress on Jayden's bed.

It didn't take them long to make it "cozy."

Had to include this picture of
Grumpy discovering his glass has a hole in the bottom.

Caleb had his first sleepover in Jayden's room.
He was so excited.

We planted some sunflowers this year and we got quite a few blooms!

We were seriously considering getting a chair like this for our house!

These kids cause a lot of commotion when we go to Lowe's or Home Depot.

But it sure is fun to watch them have so much fun together.

We have all decided that we love this door
and want to find somewhere to put it in our house.

Took Carter on a Boy's trip. This was on the Delano Peak trail.

Taking a quite break for lunch.

Enjoying the lava tubes near Fillmore.

This trail took us to some ice caves. Carter had a good time.

The younger two kids had fun swimming with friends while they were gone.

We found Craig's Mom's old welcome sign.
We are ready for July!

Birthday, bikes, and bots

These boys are cute together.

Jayden playing school with Caleb.
What a good teacher.

Caleb is finally getting big enough to ride his bike to school with us.
This was our first trial run with him to see if he could make it the whole way.

Yeah I made it.  I'm awesome.
No biggie.

Nice big brother.

Caleb got stuck in a gutter on the way home.
Hilarious!

These kiddos got the idea that they could color themselves.
We are blaming you, uncle Spencer XD.
They were so proud.

And now we've made some rules about coloring on our faces.

Carter setting up his new toy for technology.

He's had a blast coding robots and games and contraptions of all sorts.

Happy birthday Craig!

The kids were probably more excited than he was.

Using the truck for a birthday date:  mountain biking.

Adrian!

Trying to get the sprinklers fixed up for this year.
Our eaves got a good watering.  Craig too.

Carter at young men's.
"I guess this is fun.  Yay."

Whoa!

"Ok, now that was fun!!"

Grammy came to help us get started on the giant pile of family history stuff downstairs.
Here we are sorting pictures.

Caleb found some new glasses. (We think these might be uncle Bernell's)
"Nope, these glasses don't work!"

Wow!  MUCH better!
(we forgot to take a before picture, but it was chaos here).
Thanks Grammy!

Carter got sick.  Poor goopy, pink eye.

Jayden went with Grammy for Grammy Time, but then promptly got sick and spent most of the time sleeping and watching movies.

Found a cool stream.

Don't get your pants wet!

"I got them wet!"

Time to dry off.

Helping dad.
Caleb: "This is so boring!"

"Now let's drive my car!
Whoa, bush to the face."

"Yeah!!!!"
