A Whole School Year: Part 2

Birthdays

Caleb is always very excited for his birthdays.
He's been asking for a whole year how long it would be until his birthday.

Aunt Amanda gave him just what he wanted.
Lucky Charms!!

And an extra bag of just the marshmallows!!!

The best birthdays are spent with cousins.

He requested we visit the Dinosaur museum.

And Grammy sprang for ice cream!!

Time for cake.

Yeah, I am pretty cool.

His last request was to watch the Minecraft Movie for his birthday.

Time for this girl to turn 11!

Hmm....What should I wish for?

Got it!

Time to eat it!

Jayden planned herself a birthday movie night with her friends.

Let's get this party started!

Here they are at the beginning of the movie.
This was very short.
They spent most of the movie doing cartwheels on the grass, goofing off, and giggling.

And it's Carter's birthday!
He started the day with a nod to his childhood.
When he was little, every morning he would bring all his stuffies out with him to watch Daniel Tiger.

Happy birthday to you!

Jayden made and decorated this cake for Carter.

Carter's friend knew exactly what a 14 year old boy needed.
Spicy food!

Dad's birthday!!

Happy birthday Dad.
You're lookin' good!

Holidays

We threw Peach Days in with holidays.
The kids LOVE the parade.

Caleb got to watch the parade with his best friend that moved away this year.

Lookin' good son.

Halloween party with friends.

Walking to our co-op Halloween party.
Don't get too close to Carter.

Look at these ghost cookies!
Yum!

Time for Trick or Treating!

A Grim Reaper, a Cheerleader, and a boy who hands out Halloween candy.

Oh, and who eats chili and hot dogs.

Coolest idea.
This neighbor handed out balloon animals to trick or treaters.
(I think they had candy too).

I don't think we got any pictures of actual Thanksgiving dinner.
But we got some of the cousins playing!

Making a slimy pizza.

This was fun to watch/listen to.
One evening all the kids were eating pizza together and playing telephone.
The laughing and chaos was awesome.

Before the cousins headed home we went out to shoot the bows.

And now Miss Everdeen from District 12.

I hit it!!

Time to trim the tree.

Don't forget the stockings!

Silly face competition.

We love putting this snowman's arms around the star to it's hugging it.

We are ready for Christmas.

Caleb is ready to go to Jayden's Christmas concert.
I hope it's cold.

Cute girl!

Take a bow.

When we were at Barnes & Noble, Caleb fell in love with this Bluey stuffy.
"Can I get this for Christmas?  Pleeeeease!"

Maybe Santa will listen.

Karaoke at a friend Christmas party.
How they got us up there we will never know.

We have the coolest friends.

A few days before Christmas, Caleb started looking tired.

Yep.  A Christmas cold.

Luckily by Christmas Eve Caleb was starting to feel better.

Ready to sleep in our Christmas fort!

A quiet Christmas morning before the kids are let loose.

Wow!!

Santa brought us scooters!

I guess Dad's been a good boy.

Merry Christmas Mom!

What is it?

Ready, set, GO!

What?! Awesome!!

Bluey!!!

Play us a sad song J!

Someone who cares about their oral health.

Someone who doesn't.

Heads up everyone.  Amateur drone pilot coming through.

Time to try out our new scooters!

The next day, Caleb was sick again.
Along with his brother and sister too.

Good thing it's Christmas break.
Time to watch a ton of movies.

Fast forward a few months later.
Easter egg hunt with the cousins.

Hoppy Easter everyone!
