Goodbyes, snowboarding, and a lot of work

We were so happy to get to celebrate Uncle Danny's birthday with him.

Car-TER, J-danny, and Cabula with Uncle Danny.

In disguise, ready to cause some mischief.

Caleb had a blast playing this game with Aunt T.
"All I have to do is get my pieces into that circle?" [Caleb places each piece in his circle]
"I did it!!!!"

After Uncle Danny's funeral, we had a Robinson Family Fun Night.

No family fun night is complete without breaking a few rules.

Jayden really enjoyed helping Grumpy fix his car.

The weather is finally warming up!

These kids love Uncle Spencer.

Higher Daddy!

Tow Truck Boy just doing a day's work.

Tuesday was super patient allowing Caleb to push her all around the kitchen.

Ta-Ta! (aka Ta-da!)
Caleb is proud of his artistic stacking of these trucks.
I call it "stack of trucks"

Caleb's tow truck.
He will yell at you if you take out the tow (the horse), put other toys in it, or call it a firetruck.

Carter's thank-you-note art project using pastels.

Carter and Jayden finally got through all 50 states!

The amount of bedhead indicates the amount of grumpiness after nap.

Mean daddy.  He's completely cut off their options.
Can't you just let the kids win Dad?

Caleb practicing his tracing and writing.

Oh yeah, this is what shopping was like before covid.
Let's stick with online shopping.

Carter and Mommy date night at the arcade!

Spider-Man makes a now rare appearance at our house.
Long time no see!

Our last visit to the library in Vernal.
We loved this place.
Bye library!

Our last Sunday together at our home in Vernal.
Bye house!

What a cool map.  Where should we go first!

Carter trying his hand at being an ox.
We aren't going very fast!

A tiny house.
Carter: "I call the attic!"

Finally cashing in on Carter's Christmas present--Learning to snowboard.
We got this!

First steps with a snowboard.

Not too different from his first steps walking.

Dad decided to ski instead.
This is easy!

Taking the conveyor belt up the bunny hill.

This isn't too bad.

I'm getting the hang of this.

Still spending plenty of time on our backs.

It's alright!  I'm good!

Time to try the bigger hill.

Ski lifts are fun!

Still plenty of falls, but Mom and Carter got the hang of it by the end of the day.
We give snowboarding two thumbs up!

We made it down to Hurricane to prepare for our move.
There was a lot of stuff to move.

Look!  We got a room emptied and cleaned!

Although the rest of the house filled up.
It got a little tricky to move around the house.

The kids did really well keeping busy while Mom and Dad worked.
(No, the tv doesn't say "are you still watching.")

Carter stayed behind for the first days to have a birthday sleepover.

Caleb knew how to be the big brother in the meantime.

When the weekend was over, Daddy had to drive back to Vernal while the rest of us stayed.
Caleb and Jayden were not happy.
Bye Daddy!

Caleb found some cool truck magazines.

Two great helpers bringing home the mail.

Hello snail.  Mom can we keep him?

Grammy came to help us get more work done.
We found a lot of cool things!

And we found some sticky messes.
Don't keep mandarin oranges too long.

The storage room is much tidier!

The kids helped get rid of the extra stored water and watered the lawn too!

It almost looks like an easter egg hunt.

What's wrong with my sandwich?

And why is the milk blue?
Wait, is it April fools day?
Inside-out sandwiches for lunch, blue milk, pizza for breakfast and pancakes for dinner.
Oh yeah, and the kids got a kick out of finding pink toilet paper!!

Counting up all the spare change in the house.

A General Conference tow truck.
Vroom!

Taking a few things to Uncle Jess's house.

Muffin breakfast with Grammy and Daddy!

We've been working hard with Grammy all week getting the house ready to move in.
Thanks for your amazing help and the laughs we've enjoyed on the way.
