The basement is done, man.

These two have been working hard on their candy stand.
Who knew math would be so useful?

We were shocked one day when we walked into Caleb's room
and his bed looked like this.  It's never made.
We finally found that Jayden was the culprit.

There are quite a few kids at our co-op.

It's time to get rid of our old toys we've grown out of.

Caleb did a great job selling them in the pictures I sent to an interested friend.

Jayden bought herself some long nails at the dollar store.
She loved them, but they didn't last long.

Today's how-to-draw video challenge:
Left-handed!
Not too shabby.

Final stretch for the basement.
Time to rip out all the existing carpet

Painting and priming Carter's room.

The kids had a lot of fun helping.

That's me!

There is a lot of sunshine in this room.

Mommy, painting takes a long time.

Finally done with the paint.

Just waiting on new carpet and cabinets.

These projects require a lot of trips to the store.

Carter loves his new wall.

Caleb loves the new stairs.

And Dad loves his new TV.
It's this big!!

First movie night in the new family room.

And we got to have a sleepover in it too.
Score!

Merry Christmas!

Our ward's annual Reindeer run.
This was the first year Caleb actually ran it.

Good job buddy!
(We didn't get any pictures of the older two because we couldn't keep up with them)

Putting his name on the finishers board.

Santa came to visit!

Caleb deciding if he has to pose for a picture in order to get on Santa's nice list.

Carter just observed from afar and enjoyed some Christmas candy.

What a cute little reindeer.

Caleb and Jayden were very pleased when they
each won a prize at a Christmas party for playing bingo.

Waiting to light the tree at the Community Center.

Hooray!

Tractor rides.

And snow!
Actually it was too warm for snow, so we had bubbles!

Magical.

Time to decorate the house.
The kids get so excited for this.

Aww!  Cute boy!

Trimming the tree.

I can reach more than halfway up the tree now!

Dad still had star duty.

Caleb's homemade Santa beard.

We are so excited when cousins are in town.
Getting ready to head up for a fun family trip.

Cabin time!

There is always lots of crafts to do at the cabin.

Do you want to build a snowman?

Getting ready for the bigger hill.

One for the money...

Two for the show...

Three to get ready...

Kerplunk in the snow.

Lots of picture taking at the cabin.

These kiddos love Aunt T.

Balloons!

Pie face time!

Hilarious!

Who will win?  And who will whip?

This kid is nuts.

See?  It's not too cold for swimming!

We collected all the artwork in the windows.

Cousins!

As if the cabin wasn't enough fun,
Grammy took us all to The Rush for Christmas!

Mini golf

Bowling

Giant foam pit!

Look out below!

I'm coming too!

Go Daddy!

This was Caleb's absolute favorite activity.

Ahhhh!

Took these girls with us to run some "errands" at the mall.

They got surprise ear piercings.
Jayden's reaction was: "Whoa.  That actually didn't hurt."

Twinners!

All that fun needed some recoup time.

No worries.
As long as we get the sick over with before Christmas.

This boy lost his first tooth!

The Sunday before Christmas
this boy let his sister dress him up for church.
He walked in accompanied by some cool, pump up music to show off his outfit.

Don't worry.
He had the tie off before we got off the front porch.

Christmas Eve pavlova!
Not sure why Caleb is making that face.  He loved it.

Enjoying some Christmas Eve weather.

Potato sack race!
No kids were "significantly" hurt in this activity.

Gingerbread houses!

A Christmas Eve movie while eating all the candy off their creations.

Christmas fort!
Good night!

Christmas morning!

It's always so exciting!

He really wanted a picture of this.

Christmas is over,
Time to get back to work!

The carpet came up real easy.

But, it took a long time to scrape all the old padding off these stairs.

Ta da!

Happy New Year!
